What we do
Two jobs that usually need two contractors.
Most health projects split the building work from the equipment. A contractor puts up the structure, a supplier delivers the machines later, and the gap between them shows up as delays, rework and rooms that will not take the equipment ordered for them.
We hold both. The theatre is designed around the lights and pendants going into it, the imaging room is built for the scanner it will house, and one team answers for the result.

Theatres, imaging and critical care
These rooms carry the strictest requirements in the building: air handling, shielding, medical gases, floor loading and clearances that have to be right before the equipment arrives, not after.
